Andreas Felder leads M&A and shelf-company transfers at the Zurich office. He advises private investors and holding-company owners on AG and GmbH acquisitions, capital-structure changes, and post-deal restatements of articles. Day-to-day he runs notarial closings, coordinates Handelsregister filings under OR Art. 698 and Art. 716a, and drafts share-transfer agreements alongside our tax advisory team. He started his career as a Big Four audit assistant in Zurich before moving into private corporate practice in 2015. He works in German and English, with reading-level French for Romandie matters.
