Who we are
shelfcompanyswitzerland.com is operated from Zurich, Switzerland. Personal data submitted through this site is processed by the operating entity, contactable at info@shelfcompanyswitzerland.com.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP/DSG, in force 1 September 2023) and, where the visitor is in the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we receive: full name, email address, optional company name, optional service of interest, and the content of your message. We also log the originating IP address and user agent at submission time for spam protection and rate limiting.
Server logs may briefly retain IP addresses and request timestamps. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies that identify you across sessions. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set strictly necessary security cookies and process IP addresses as a sub-processor.
Why we use your data
To respond to enquiries you have initiated, to operate the contact form (anti-spam, rate limit), and to comply with legal record-keeping obligations under Swiss law. We do not use your data for direct marketing without your prior consent.
Who we share data with
Resend (mail delivery, EU region), Cloudflare (hosting and KV rate-limit), and Telegram (silent internal alerting to our team). These processors handle data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails: up to 24 months from last contact. Server logs and rate-limit records: under 30 days. You may request earlier deletion as described below.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights write to info@shelfcompanyswitzerland.com. We will respond within 30 days. EU/EEA visitors may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority; Swiss residents with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
International transfers
Data may be processed in EU member states (Resend EU region) and on global Cloudflare infrastructure. Cross-border transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
