Léa Marchand advises holding-company owners and international groups on Swiss corporate tax. She prepares cantonal advance tax rulings, models participation-exemption mechanics, and supports patent-box claims under the post-TRAF rules. She also runs MWST (VAT) registrations and ongoing filings for our acquired-company clients. After a Big Four tax internship in Geneva, she moved to the Zurich office in 2018 and has worked there since. She covers French, German, English, and reading Italian.
