Tobias Brunner manages Swiss company formations and ongoing corporate compliance from the Zurich office. He handles Handelsregister filings, registered-address routing, audit opting-out elections under OR Art. 727a, and shelf-company transfer paperwork. He coordinates with cantonal commercial registers in Zurich, Zug, Geneva, and Basel-Stadt and supports our nominee-director and process-agent mandates. He started his career as a Big Four audit intern, then worked as a notarial assistant in Zurich before joining the firm.
